Located in Dubuque, Iowa, Mission Creative is a full-service ad agency that provides creative, marketing strategy, media, design and interactive services.
Our design team is looking for an Web/Multimedia Designer who is highly motivated to not only do great work but offer exceptional creative and customer service to our ever expanding client list.
This person must excel in a fast paced, high energy environment, be a self starter and have exceptional conceptualization, problem solving and personal skills. If you’re up for a challenge with a company that has vision and a purpose drop us a line.
Experience: Four-year degree with an emphasis in graphic design or multimedia and a minimum of two to three years’ experience in web and multimedia development.
Compensation includes competitive salary, incentives, Employee Stock Ownership Plan, 401K, vacation pay, health insurance and tuition reimbursement.

+ Mission Creative Takes Home ‘Best of Show’ at Addys
The Advertising Club of Dubuque presented the 2007 Addy Awards for outstanding advertising on Friday, February 29, 2008. Accomplished advertising professionals from outside of the Dubuque area judged all entries. Mission Creative, a Dubuque owned and operated full service advertising agency, celebrated a very successful evening accepting 9 Citations of Excellence, 24 Addy Awards, 10 Final Fifteens and the coveted Best of Show award. Best of Show was awarded for the campaign completed for the annual Taste of Dubuque poster.
The Final Fifteen Award winners will be forwarded to the 9th District competition which will be held in Omaha, Nebraska. Winners at the 9th District level are forwarded on to the national competition.
